Overview

Core Soft designed and built Tawsilly to run delivery companies in Egypt from one place. It connects dispatchers, accountants, drivers and customers, and replaces phone calls, WhatsApp orders and paper accounts with a fast, clear system where every amount is tracked to the piastre.

The Challenge

• Orders arrive by phone and WhatsApp, and managers assign drivers by hand.
• Dispatch mistakes, lost cash, and disputes over driver earnings.
• No real view of profit or of where each driver is.
• Every company wants its own brand, and no company may ever see another's data.

The Solution

1. Company Web Dashboard

• Fast order entry: pickup & deliver, buy & deliver, and parcels, with several pickup points in one order.
• Three dispatch modes: direct assignment, broadcast to online drivers (first to accept wins), or nearest first. A database row lock makes double acceptance impossible.
• Live driver map, status history, and photo proofs (shop receipt, delivery).
• Driver cash custody, limits and daily settlement in an immutable ledger; corrections are reversing entries.
• Roles and permissions (owner, dispatcher, accountant, supervisor), reports and exports.
• Fully Arabic and English (RTL/LTR), light and dark themes.

2. Customer Portal (PWA)

• A private link per company (/c/company-name), a QR code and a printable poster, all generated from the CoreSoft panel.
• Customers order from their phone with the company's own logo and colors, with no app and no account, track the order with a private link, and cancel before it is assigned.
• Cash or transfer payment, with an optional receipt photo.
• Orders never reach drivers until the dispatcher confirms; a rejection comes with a reason the customer can read.
• Merchant accounts: "order again", saved branches, and an account-request flow reviewed by the company.
• Abuse protection: rate limits, honeypot, blocked phones, and guest data anonymised after a retention period each company sets.

3. Driver App (Flutter — iOS & Android)

• Instant offers with a countdown; an offer is withdrawn the moment another driver accepts.
• Swipe-to-confirm stages, orders with several pickups, receipt and delivery photos.
• Driver wallet: amount due, cash held and statement, all served by the backend.
• Live location while online, and FCM push notifications.

4. CoreSoft Panel

• Manage companies, plans and their limits, service areas, and each company's brand.
• CoreSoft ads in calm screens only, removed on higher plans.
• A public places directory managed by CoreSoft and limited to each company's service areas.

5. Architecture & Security

• Strict per-company data isolation at query level, covered by isolation tests.
• Login rate limits, an audit log for every sensitive action, daily backups with restore tests and readiness checks.
• A documented OpenAPI API, deployable on our cloud or on a client's own server with the same codebase.
• 840+ automated tests, run on MySQL 8 and MariaDB 10.11.
