Overview
Core Soft designed and built a complete digital platform for Lamera Resort. It connects management, owners, tenants and security teams in one system, and turns gate access, services and day-to-day operations from manual, paper-based processes into a smart, secure, real-time experience.

The Challenge

• Thousands of residents and visitors, each needing different access rights by unit, zone and gate.
• Individual, group and corporate rentals.
• The need to know exactly who is inside the resort at any moment, while preventing impersonation and reuse of access codes.

The Solution

1. Residents App (owners, families, tenants)

• A dynamic, single-use QR access code that refreshes every few seconds, so it can’t be shared or screenshotted.
• Visitor, worker and delivery passes with per-unit daily limits.
• Family management, future-dated rentals, and group rentals with member management.
• Maintenance requests, community reports, dues and payments, announcements, and a village services directory with a map.
• Push notifications and single-device account protection.
• Full Arabic and English support.

2. Security App

• Instant QR verification with the person’s photo for identity matching.
• Manual entry for visitors and residents without phones, with verification checks, daily limits and admin approval when needed.
• Offline mode: operations are stored on the device and synced automatically when the connection returns.
• One-tap SOS that instantly alerts all guards and the control room.
• Security incident and maintenance reporting from the gate.

3. Admin Dashboard

• Real-time KPIs: who is inside each zone, alerts, and occupancy conflicts.
• Management of units, owners, tenants, rentals and corporate clients.
• A user × gate × zone access-permission engine.
• Approval workflows for registrations, family members, device changes and profile photos.
• Dues and payments, announcements and resort services.
• A reporting center with 11+ reports, Excel export and PDF printing.
• Granular staff permissions, a full audit log and backups.

4. Access-Control Integration
Integration with Hikvision gate devices: devices verify access codes directly against the server using the same rules as the security app, and every movement is recorded in one unified log.
